TOP End fisho Aaron Geier bagged an 82cm longtail tuna at Lee Point – fishing from a kayak.
“It’s hard work chasing tuna from a boat, let alone a kayak,” he said.
“I’ve never done so many circles in my kayak.
“Fresh sashimi from Darwin’s doorstep.”
Aaron is our Catch of the Day winner.
For his efforts, he wins a pair of Shimano Sun 1404 Rapid sunglasses.
They feature a gloss black frame with amber decentred polarised polycarbonate lenses in a wraparound style. Retail price is $60.
