Robert Irwin’s role in Bluey
In the episode, Robert plays teenage Alfie, who’s being dropped off by his mum at his first job at a department store.
Bandit has taken the girls to get a birthday present for their friend, but they’re playing the quiet game, so they can’t tell dad which present to get.
Alfie is called upon to play charades with Bluey and Bingo and figure out which Moon Light Unicorn their friend wants.
“Yes I can help you,” Alfie tells Bandit after a minute of hesitation.
Alfi turns to Bluey. “You’re definitely writing something… not a book,” he muses before it clicks. “It’s not what you’re writing, it’s what you’re writing with!
“PEN!” he guesses, and Bluey nods.
“Now what about you,” he says to Bingo.
“You’ve got wings like a bird, but they’re big wings… C’mon Alfie, you have to be helpful,” he says to himself.
“PAN DRAGON!” he shouts triumphantly, and pulls the box off the shelf.
