Bluey fan's odd request has the internet in stitches

"Who else ran to the comments for this?! I knew it was gonna be good," one fan laughed.

Why we love Bluey

We've seen some strange things online but a recent request posted on a private Bluey fan group gets the gold medal. For this week, at least.

A fan of the hit ABC animation put a call-out to other fans in the group who might be able to make use of a free Bingo plush toy.

Except, it wasn't the whole of Bingo that was on offer.

Does anyone want Bingo's limbs?

"Not posting this to distress anyone," the fan's post came with an upfront warning.

"An honest question. Does anyone want Bingo plush limbs? FREE. I had to remove. They were on our puppy's Bingo."

The generous offer came with a picture of the four severed limbs of the Heeler dog.

Cheese and Crackers!

The request was rather odd and has since been removed online, but hey, at least it was a practical offer because some people were keen on taking them. But not before they had a little chuckle.

"Who else ran to the comments for this?! I knew it was gonna be good," one fan laughed.

Others were a little distressed over the "graphic" image of poor Bingo's amputated legs.

"RIP Bingo," one person wrote.

"What happened?" asked another concerned fan.

As the owner of a dog who eats everything, I can tell you exactly what happened here. The dog kept going for the legs to chew on so the owner was being responsible and removing them for the sake of forking out thousands on obstruction surgery.

Meanwhile, others were a bit confused.

"WTF," one person simply wrote.

"I'm trying to imagine what the rest of the plush looks like now," another chimed in.

And the jokes kept coming with: "Let me guess, dog ate dog."

We give this post a 10/10. For generosity and light entertainment!
