What three things would be at the top of your bucket list?

Live in Tuscany for a year, write a best-selling novel and work alongside Bruce McAvaney (tick!).

What was your first casual job?

I worked in a ski shop in Adaminaby (my hometown) in my school holidays. It was great fun, although cleaning the hired ski-bootsat the end of the day was very stinky.

What is the scariest dream you’ve had?

Years ago, I had a re-occurring dream that I jumped off a diving board into a swimming

pool and mid-dive I looked down and the pool was empty. I think I was anxious about

important to get to know the person well before you marry them.

Buy the next champion racehorse.

Do you have a pet hate?

People who sit in their car for ages when I’m waiting to pull into their carpark … hurry up people.
