Comedian Jerry Seinfeld has landed in Adelaide, following controversial stand up comedy gigs in Sydney.

He was seen greeting fans and signing autographs.

Adelaide is the third stop of Seinfeld’s Australian tour, following three performances in Sydney and Brisbane, two of which were interrupted by pro-Palestinian protestors.

The hecklers stormed his gig in anger over the comedian support for Israel.

Footage from the comedian’s Tuesday performance showed two men disrupting the show, standing up and yelling at Seinfeld, with the audience booing their behaviour.

In the footage, one of the men can be heard yelling “shame on you”, before calling Seinfeld a “hack” and a “fraud”.

Both men then held up the Palestinian flag before one started yelling “free Palestine”.

The comedian snapped back at the protestors, before they were removed by security.

“You have strong political feelings but you don’t know where to say them,” he said.

“You think that ruining the night … it doesn’t affect me … all these people, you’re ruining their night.”

Following his Adelaide performance on Thursday night, the star will fly to Melbourne where he will perform three shows at the Rod Laver Arena.

Security protocals have been increased ahead of his Melbourne performances, after the office of Federal Labor MP Josh Burns was destroyed.

Vandals threw rocks through the building’s glass exterior, lit two fires and wrote the phrase: “Zionism is fascism,” on his electorate office in the early hours of Wednesday morning, speaking condemnation from all sides of politics.

Police are also investigating the incident.
