Pop superstar Charli XCX strips off for Byron Bay swim

Three-time Grammy award winner Charli XCX stripped down to a skimpy black bikini as she enjoyed a dip at the iconic Aussie beach.

Charli XCX took a break from her festival tour to enjoy a day off at one of Australia’s most iconic beaches.

The British singer headed to Byron Bay with a group of pals where she stripped down to a skimpy black bikini.

Charli showed off her slim physique as she enjoyed a dip in the warm ocean waters, at one point finding herself caught out by a particularly strong wave that swept her off her feet.

Charli looked relaxed as she enjoyed some time away from her hectic work schedule that’s taken her all over the world in recent months.

She was last seen winning big at the Grammys, where she scored three trophies and put on a performance for some of the music industry’s biggest names.

After numerous stops in New Zealand and Australia, Charli still has Flemington Park in Melbourne on February 14, Bonython Park in Adelaide on February 15, and Wellington Square in Perth on February 16.

More than a decade into her career, Charli is currently enjoying her biggest “moment” with her critically acclaimed album, Brat – particularly in the US, where the record was even been referenced as part of Kamala Harris’ Presidential campaign.

Meanwhile, the singer and her fiance George Daniels are reportedly set to tie the knot in Italy later this year.

Charli, whose real name is Charlotte Emma Aitchison, and The 1975 drummer, 34, announced their engagement in November 2023 and are believed to have been planning the details for their big day ever since.

A source told The Sun: “Charli and George both love Italy and it holds a special place in their hearts so they decided that’s where they want to get married.

“They’ve found a venue that they think is perfect for their unique style of wedding, which won’t exactly be traditional.”
