VIDEO has emerged of a wild brawl from last weekend’s Stereosonic music festival that left a man unconscious on a packed dancefloor.

VIDEO has emerged of a wild brawl from last weekend’s Stereosonic music festival that left a man unconscious on the dancefloor.

The disturbing vision shows a group of about 20 men wildly swinging punches at each other at the festival’s Sydney event.

Security guards can be seen attempting to stop the brawl from growing but the sheer size of the group and the actual size of the men involved proved difficult to get under control.

Security ... There was a large police presence at the event, in particular drug dog teams.

At one stage a man in blue shorts, who was earlier throwing punches, is king hit falling to the ground unconscious while the fight continues around him.

Many festival goers appear unfazed by the fight and continue dancing without a care.

Towards the end of the clip, a number of distressed young women can be seen getting caught up in the mess.

“Stop, I’m trying to get her out,” one said.

Since being shared early this morning the clip has been viewed close to 100,000 times.

“This is what happens when you get a bunch of full high level testosterone drunken half wits together in the same place,’“ one Facebook user said.

“If only they had trained their brains instead of their muscles. Oh well,” another wrote.

It’s not known if the man sustained any serious injuries or if any arrests were made in relation to the brawl.

NSW Police say the incident is yet to be reported.

Stereosonic is an annual music festival with events in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
