Who’s in the running to play a young Han Solo?

DISNEY has released its shortlist of actors to play a young Han Solo in an upcoming Star Wars spin-off film. Who’ll take out the iconic role?

IT’S surely one of the most hotly sought-after roles for a young actor in Hollywood: playing a young Han Solo in an upcoming Star Wars spin-off movie focusing on the Millenium Falcon pilot’s early years.

According to Variety, studio executives have culled a pool of more than 2,500 hopefuls down to just a dozen or so actors — mixing more established stars like Dave Franco and Ansel Elgort with lesser-known faces looking for a big break.
