The Aussie actress confirmed three weeks ago that she was set to join the cast of the sequel alongside Keanu Reeves.
While little is known about the plot, Rose reportedly stars as the female crime lord.
The 29-year-old was seen sporting scars on her face as she walked around with a coffee on hand in New York.
Directed by Chad Stahelski, John Wick 2 stars Rose opposite Keanu Reeves and Bridget Moynahan. Other cast members include Peter Stormare, Alex Ziwak, Marko Caka, Marmee Cosico, Ian McShane and Common, among others.
