Keanu Reeves had to film a sex scene with director’s wife in ‘Knock Knock’

FILMING a sex scene must be uncomfortable. But in Keanu Reeve’s latest flick, things were made even weirder when the actress in the scene was the director’s wife.

FILMING a sex scene for a movie must be weird from the get go.

Cameras around. Some guy holding a boom mic. Patches stuck to different parts of your body.

But in Keanu Reeve’s latest flick, Knock Knock, things were made even weirder when the actor in the sex scene was the director’s wife.

The 51-year-old actor was filming the intimate scene with 26-year-old Lorenza Izzo. And her husband, Eli Roth, happened to be the director.

“Those scenes are weird, you know, but Eli created a great situation of trust and rehearsal but eventually you have to get naked and simulate and do,” Reeves laughed as he told the story on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

“I mean, I wasn’t that guy who was like, ‘Hey Eli, your wife’s hot’. Like every day, (claps hands), ‘I can’t wait for the sex scene. Eli! Look how amazing Lorenza looks today!’ I mean she’s a fine actor but ... No he was really cool, everyone was good and we had fun.”

Yep, just a bit awkward.
