A personal trainer has accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of drugging him before being passed around to his celebrity friends, in the latest lawsuit against the music mogul.
Combs, 54, along with several others allegedly sexually assaulted the man repeatedly and left him feeling like a “party favour,” according to the court documents.
The individual has been described as “Celebrity A” in the lawsuit.
The victim claims he first met Combs through a client who said the rapper enjoyed watching his videos online, before he was then invited to an “exclusive after-party” at the rappers $A60 million mansion following the 2022 BET Awards.
Combs had won the lifetime achievement award at the event.
After arriving at the home, the alleged victim says he was made to sign a nondisclosure agreement and then handed a drink.
He the alleges he was forced to drink the tequila soda mixed with cranberry juice before being led into a small room.
The suit says inside, around a dozen people - including some well-known figures - were allegedly engaging in a group sex activity.
Shortly after entering the room, Celebrity A alleged he started to “feel disoriented, dizzy and weak” and then Combs sexually assaulted him.
The hip-hop icon then allegedly told the personal trainer to go over to another person in the room.
More partygoers said to be both men and women then took turns performing sexual acts with the fitness influencer, according to his lawyer Tony Buzbee.
A spokesperson for Combs told The Sun: “It’s disappointing to see the media and social commentators twist moments into something they were not.”
The personal trainer’s accusations form seven new abuse allegations made by four men and three women led by Mr Buzbee.
Combs is currently behind bars as he is facing criminal prosecution on sex trafficking charges for which he has been denied bail.
JLO’S DIVORCE WAS ‘DIDDY’S FAULT’
Jennifer Lopez’s first husband Ojani Noa has pointed the finger at Combs as the homewrecker responsible for breaking up their marriage.
Noa and Lopez, 55, were married for just 11 months from February 1997 to January 1998.
Combs and Lopez publicly dated from 1999 to 2001.
The 50-year-old Cuban actor made the comments in a new interview with Despierta America this week.
“Part of that divorce was Diddy’s fault,” Noa said when asked about their break up.
“When Sony came and paid her the millions she got, there was Puffy who was going to be one of the producers of several tracks on the first album, On The 6.
“That’s where the cheating, the lies, the separation started.”
Noa said with their careers pulling him and Lopez in different directions, the cracks in their relationship began to show.
“I was in Los Angeles opening my restaurant and she was between Miami and New York working on the album,” he said.
“When I could, I would go to be with her. There, in that distance, in that separation, was where the cheating started.”
Noa also revealed he felt bitter at the impact their split had on his own career in showbiz.
“I would ask Jennifer, ‘What did I do to you so that you have taken me to court, you have accused me, you have lied, you have created false things about me and you have called several companies to throw me out and different television networks not to give me work?’” Noa told the Spanish language television station.
“Why, if I have not done anything to you? Let her tell the truth, let her tell everything that happened.”
Lopez is currently divorcing her fourth husband, Ben Affleck.
