‘It’s back to my first love in the entertainment industry’: Chrishell Stause says of Neighbours role

TV personality Chrishell Stause, who is the wife of Australian music sensation G Flip, will play a character on Neighbours and says she is “excited to join such a beloved and iconic show”.

American TV personality Chrishell Stause is bringing some Hollywood sparkle to Ramsay St in a guest role on Neighbours.

The wife of Australian music sensation G Flip, Stause is best known for starring in global hit series, Selling Sunset.

She will arrive in Erinsborough in July to start filming, playing Yasmine Shields, a glamorous and successful businesswoman in pursuit of an exciting work opportunity.

“I am honoured and excited to join such a beloved and iconic show,’’ Stause said.

“Coming from the world of soaps in the US, it’s back to my first love in the entertainment industry. They pitched me an idea for a character, and I was immediately excited to figure out a way to make it happen. Ramsay Street here I come.”

Stause has previously acted in American daytime television series All My Children, The Young and the Restless and Days of Our Lives.

Neighbours Executive Producer, Jason Herbison said: “We are thrilled to welcome Chrishell to the cast of Neighbours. We created a character especially for her and we can’t wait for her to bring the storyline alive. Expect intrigue and surprises – and many implications for the residents of Ramsay Street.”

Stause’s scenes on the Network Ten soap will air in late 2024.
