LIKE lyrics from a heart-rending ballad, Samantha Jade posts a moving tribute to her mother, saying she will miss her everyday “especially on my wedding day.”

POP star Samantha Jade has posted a moving tribute to her mother on Facebook saying she will miss her everyday “especially on my wedding day and when I have my own babies.”

The Never Tear Us Apart star’s mother Jacqueline Deans died last week after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer in February.

She died surrounded by her family just four months later.

Like lyrics from a heart-rending ballad, Jade talks of her mother’s beautiful smile, writing she can now be her Angel in Heaven.

“We were two peas in a pod, joined at the hip!,” Jade posted.

“Mum always made me feel like anything was possible, like there were no boundaries. I never felt afraid to dream or be anyone I wanted to be.

“I remember you said that when they laid me on your chest at hospital you said “now I’ve met my best friend, my heart.”

“And best friends we are. You have taught me everything I know.”

Jade put her performing ­career on hold in recent months to help care for her ill mother with her father Kevin and younger brothers Alex and Thomas.

In her tribute Jade wrote of her mother’s amazing show of strength in her final months.

“I am just in awe of your positivity and selflessness through it all,” she wrote.

I promise that I will look after Dad and my sweet baby Brothers and be here for them every moment just like you were.”

She only left her family’s Perth home in recent weeks to perform at the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation ball in support of surgeon Dr Charlie Teo.

Jade was made aware of her mother’s diagnosis just days ­before she made her major acting debut as Kylie Minogue in the INXS television miniseries.

Her latest song Up! was released as the official song of the Socceroos for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

“My mummy, My beautiful Mummy.

She was my light, My Strength and my absolute hero.

It’s with half a heart I say that I will miss your beautiful calming smile and those comfortable hugs that only your mum can give you.

There is just no one like your mum, especially my mum.

I will miss you everyday especially on my wedding day and when I have my own babies, I hope I can be an incredibly mum like you one day.

You showed such amazing strength in those last few months and I am just in awe of your positivity and selflessness through it all.

You have been my angel on Earth and now you can be my Angel in Heaven along with beautiful Nana Betty who I know you missed so much.

Thank you for loving me so deeply and for showing me what LOVE really is and should be.

I promise that I will look after Dad and my sweet baby Brothers and be here for them every moment just like you were.
