Susan Sarandon’s actress daughter has had a perfect – and blunt – response to backlash regarding her low-cut wedding dress.

Susan Sarandon’s daughter, Eva Amurri, clapped back at haters “scandalised” by her wedding dress cleavage.

The actress took to her Instagram Story on Monday to share snaps from her nuptials to chef Ian Hock, writing, “It was really the most special day filled with so much love and the most incredible energy.”

One loved-up snap from the weekend ceremony showed the newlyweds posing in the rain as Amurri donned a strapless Kim Kassas dress with a corset-style neckline, reports Page Six.

“And to anyone scandalised by my breasts not being ‘put away’ … Feel free to screenshot this for later,” Amurri, 39, followed up with a close-up of her breasts and a kissing face emoji.

While critics called out the bride’s busty gown for being “unflattering,” Amurri thought it was the perfect combination of “sexy” and “elegant” when she picked it out.

“I love how it has a vintage feel and is ultra feminine without being overly pouffy,” she told People in an interview published on Monday. “I wanted to feel sexy but elegant, and I think the dress strikes the perfect balance.”

Ahead of her big day, Amurri even gushed about choosing a “sexier” gown, telling Us Weekly in June, “It’s just what I had in my mind. It perfectly reflects who I am today as a woman.”

Amurri and Hock tied the knot in New York’s Hudson Valley on Saturday.

They hosted about 40 people, including Sarandon and her ex Tim Robbins, for a French garden party-inspired celebration.

“We really wanted to centre our little family unit in all of it, and make it as much about the kids as it was about us,” Amurri told People.

“We worked with our officiant to craft a ceremony that felt super personal and intimate, and then focused on our second love of life: food! All we really needed was the beautiful atmosphere, our nearest and dearest, and a delicious party.”

In February, Amurri and Hock got engaged in Paris in February 2023 after two years of dating.
