Prince Harry ‘has shrunk in every single way’ while Meghan Markle makes a major family change as time ‘runs out’ on Hollywood hopes, royal experts reveal.

Prince Harry has become a shadow of his former self as Meghan Markle pushes major family changes to be closer to Hollywood in a last-ditch bid to land new contracts, according to royal experts.

British author Angela Levin, who spent 15 months with the Duke to write the biography “Harry: Conversations with the Prince” said he had “lost his spirit” amid Ms Markle’s ambitions to join California’s glitterati.

The latest insult to the once “brilliant” young Prince comes as Ms Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, is rumoured to be moving into the couple’s Montecito mansion so the Duchess can focus on signing new contracts, with time “running out” on their fading celebrity status.

Ms Levin said Ms Ragland would help look after Archie and Lilibet so Ms Markle could “go off to Los Angles”, again leaving Prince Harry to take a back seat.

“She wants to be there where all the actors are, and to try and get some work. She’s been a long time without her new PR people being able to tie up some new big deal, Ms Levin told GB News. “She’ll only take a deal where she’s in charge and it’s very important.”

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams added that the couple’s “silence is bewildering” as their Netflix contract approaches expiration without any new production being announced.

“They can turn it around if they come up with some work,” he said.

“So they have not done anything, they lost Spotify. Will they lose Netflix? The contract runs out in 2025. It is rather bewildering their silence.”

Prince Harry’s shrinking violet is a stark turnaround from the Duke just five years ago, Ms Levine continues, saying that he’s been “outnumbered” since he met Ms Markle and her mother.

“He’s given in. He walks behind them. He has no power. You don’t feel that he’s making decisions. The decisions come from Meghan,” she said.

“Harry has shrunk in every single way. She writes his speeches. She tells him what to do. Pushing him here and there. Moving him different places. Like you might do to some poor child. It’s very damning. He’s lost his own spirit.

“When I spent 15 months with him he was very lively, he could speak off the cuff. And he was full of fun and brilliant,” Ms Levine said. “But now he feels very awkward of saying something that perhaps Meghan doesn’t like.”
