Prince Harry has returned to the UK on the same week his father, King Charles, celebrates his 20th wedding anniversary with Queen Camilla.
But the Duke of Sussex, 40, who according to The Sun touched down in London on Sunday, local time, isn’t in town for a family reunion. Rather, he’s headed to court yet again for his latest legal showdown.
Hours after Harry’s arrival, Charles, 76, and Camilla, 77, jetted off to Rome, Italy for their historic state visit, which will last four days.
It’s not known if the estranged father and son met up before Charles flew out, with the pair last seeing each other in February 2024 following the monarch’s cancer announcement.

Harry, whose wife Meghan Markle is thought to have stayed in the US with the couple’s two children, is pursuing a case against the Home Office via the Court of Appeal in London in regards to his taxpayer-funded security being stripped after he stepped down from royal duties in 2020.
It’s not yet known if Harry will attend court in person. The two-day hearing is expected to be a media frenzy, and will be held in open court on April 8 and April 9.
However, certain pieces of confidential evidence will be heard during brief “private” sessions.

Harry’s bid to appeal the High Court’s earlier ruling – which determined Harry would not receive the “same degree” of protection when he visits the UK – was rejected in April last year.
Retired High Court judge Sir Peter Lane ruled that the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (RAVEC)’s approach was neither “irrational or procedurally unfair”, prompting Harry’s team to indicate his intention to challenge the decision.
Harry then put in a direct request to the Court of Appeal, with proceedings officially kicking off Monday morning.
Charles and Camilla will be in Italy for their anniversary celebrations on April 9, before they’re expected to return home on Friday.
It marks Charles’ first overseas trip this year as he continues to undergo treatment for cancer.
Meanwhile, it’s understood Harry hasn’t seen his older brother, Prince William, since their uncle Lord Robert Fellowes’ funeral in the Norfolk village of Snettisham in August last year.
The “discreet” royal reunion managed to fly under the radar, with no photographers present.
It was reported by British media at the time the warring brothers’ ignored each other.
“We never saw them speak to each other and they kept their distance,” an anonymous attendee told The Sun.
Prior to that, they were last in the same room for Charles’ coronation in London in May 2023.
