Kate Middleton’s sneaky photo trick revealed in hilarious viral clip

The Princess of Wales somehow always looks flawless in photos – and a viral clip has finally revealed one of her little tricks she uses to nail it every time.

There are many great mysteries surrounding the royal family, but among the most intriguing is how Kate Middleton seems incapable of taking a bad picture.

For most of us mere mortals, being photographed from all angles every time we stepped outside the house would result in many albums’ worth of unflattering images – but the Princess of Wales somehow always nails it.

Thanks to a recirculating clip of Kate during an official royal event last year, we’ve finally gotten a peek at one of her tricks... and it involves some very fancy footwork.

On Monday, TikTok user The Royal Watcher shared the video of Kate meeting with Mary, Crown Princess of Denmark, and Queen Margrethe II at Christian IX’s Palace in February 2022.

As royal photographers began snapping away for the official portraits, Kate – wearing stiletto heels – was seen doing a subtle heel-to-toe dance over to her hosts, without even glancing downward.

The clip of the little royal dance racked up nearly two million views and 90 thousand likes in just three days, with fans even dubbing the funny move the “Princess Shuffle”.

The viral moment comes just over a week before Kate will join the rest of the royal family at Westminster Abbey for the coronation – where hopefully royal watchers will get another glimpse of her photo jig.

Meanwhile, Kate offered a candid insight into her future family plans with Prince William during an appearance at the Baby Bank in Maidenhead, West of London earlier this week.

She was helping fold second-hand baby clothes at the charity organisation when she made the admission, according to The Mirror.

After Baby Bank CEO Rebecca Mistry told her that many people felt the desire to have a baby when they saw the tiny baby clothes, Kate reportedly answered: “I’ve been there and done that.”

During their conversation, she also spoke candidly about her three children, Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 5.

“It only feels like yesterday that they were this tiny. They do grow so quickly,” Kate told the women, also sharing that Charlotte is “a huge fan of Toy Story”.
