Justin Long and Kate Bosworth have secretly tied the knot in a “low-key ceremony” in New York City.
The notoriously private couple wed at The Rockaway Hotel in Queens earlier this month, according to Page Six.
“It was a very low-key ceremony. Onlookers thought it was an engagement photo shoot of some sort — not an actual wedding,” a source told the publication.
Page Six reports that the couple - who reportedly began dating in 2021 - fell in love with the beachfront venue after attending an event there hosted by surf brand Roxy, with which Bosworth has a collaboration.
“They fell in love with the vibe of the hotel, and they decided to get married the next day right then and there,” the source said
Neither Long or Bosworth have confirmed the details of their wedding publicly, although the Win A Date With Tad Hamilton star posted several black-and-white pictures on Instagram from inside her room at the hotel recently.
She also posted a photo with her wedding band on full display in an Instagram Story.
Meanwhile, Long confirmed on his podcast in May that he and his fiance had tied the knot after referring to Bosworth as his “wife” while discussing her visiting him on set in Bulgaria.
“I was there while I was like really falling in love with my now-wife,” he told guest Kyra Sedgwick.
“She came to visit and I had never been comfortable with set visits. I like to separate the relationship … But, yeah, I loved having her there and we just had the most magical time.”
The Dodgeball actor, 44, who previously dated Drew Barrymore and Amanda Seyfried but has been single since 2015, revealed in December 2021 that he had a “girlfriend” but didn’t say who it was.
And in a podcast interview in April 2022, Long finally opened up about his relationship with Bosworth, saying she was “the one”.
“I had gotten to a place where … I was comfortable with myself, I was ready to be — I didn’t know it at the time — but I was ready for the one,” he told The Bachelor alum Nick Viall on The Viall Files podcast.
The Going the Distance star added, “And the one I had met … I had found.”
He also commented on why they’d kept their relationship out of the spotlight, saying they don’t want “share everything with everyone.”
“It’s weird. I want to, but I also want to be protective,” Long said. “I want to scream it from the rooftops but I also want to be protective. It’s sacred.”
