Sutton Foster files for divorce from husband of 10 years amid Hugh Jackman rumours

Sutton Foster has filed for divorce amid buzz she is moving on with her former co-star Hugh Jackman.

Younger star Sutton Foster has filed for divorce from Ocean’s Eleven screenwriter Ted Griffin after ten years of marriage.

The actress and Broadway star, 49, wed Griffin in Santa Barbara in 2014, and the pair adopted daughter Emily in 2017.

Rumours about Foster’s marriage being on the rocks began circulating when she starred in The Music Man alongside Hugh Jackman - and Page Six reports that multiple sources have claimed the pair have fallen in love.

Foster has filed for divorce amid buzz she is moving on with her former co-star.

“They are 100 per cent together and are in love and want to spend the rest of their lives together,” a source previously told Page Six.

The publication reports that they have been keeping their relationship under wraps.

“They are still together,” says a source. “They go out of their way to hide it, but it’s common knowledge.”

Jackman and fellow Australian actress Deborra-Lee Furness announced their separation after 27 years of marriage in a joint statement released last September.

“We have been blessed to share almost three decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage,” the statement read.

“Our journey now is shifting and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth.

“Our family has been and always will be our highest priority.

“We undertake this next chapter with gratitude, love, and kindness.

Jackman filed for divorce from Deborra-Lee Furness, who he had been married to for 27 years, in September 2023.

“We greatly appreciate your understanding in respecting our privacy as our family navigates this transition in all of our lives.”

Jackman and Furness met in 1995 on-set of ABC TV production, Correlli, and married the following year in Toorak, Victoria.

News of their split came as a huge surprise, with the duo long considered one of the strongest pairings in showbiz.

Meanwhile, In Touch magazine was the first to report that Jackman was “romancing” Foster, in an article published in December 2023.

Neither Jackman or Foster have commented on the reports.
