Rob Irwin spotted checking into luxury hotel with new woman following his split

Robert Irwin has been spotted checking into a luxury hotel with a new woman following his surprise split earlier this year.

Robert Irwin has been spotted with a woman who he’s rumoured to be romantically involved with following his recent split from girlfriend Rorie Buckey in February.

Irwin, 20, was seen with fellow Australia Zoo employee named Charlotte Briggs.

The pair seemed close as they were spotted arriving in Sydney last weekend with Irwin’s mother Terri ahead of an appearance on Channel 10’s The Project.

Briggs was also seen happily chatting and laughing with Terri as the group headed to their vehicle.

According to Mail Online, the were later seen checking into a luxury hotel in Sydney together.

It comes after the I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here host spoke openly about his dating life for the first time since his split earlier this year.

“How’s the dating world going? I know you were with someone,” radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands asked the star during an appearance on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

Robert responded: “At the moment I’ve been absolutely flat out. Logies and the I’m A Celebrity stuff so it’s been super busy.”

Irwin and Buckey surprised fans when they announced their split on Instagram in February.

After making the announcement, fans noticed a heartbreaking detail on both of the pair’s Instagram accounts. Both Irwin and Buckey deleted a flurry of pictures from their Instagram accounts.

Fans realised all the pictures were snaps that featured the pair together, meaning the former couple have effectively erased all evidence from their accounts that they were ever an item. Furthermore, Buckey has also removed “wildlife warrior” from her bio, changed her profile from public to private and disabled the ability for others to comment on her pictures.

“We wanted to share that we have decided to go our separate ways but profoundly appreciate all of the time spent together and wish one another all the very best into the future,” the post shared on Buckey’s Instagram Stories read.

“We wish to express the gratitude and respect we have for one another as we continue our journey on different paths.”

The couple had enjoyed various international trips together, including a recent holiday to Canada with her family.
