Lindsay Lohan’s bizarre Russian tell-all-TV interview

LOHAN slams her ex-fiance in a new interview on Russian television, saying she lived in fear that he would throw acid in her face.

LINDSAY Lohan’s given an emotional interview detailing her reasons for leaving her fiance Egor Tarabasov.

Speaking to Russian TV’s Channel One, Lindsay said: “I feared that Egor may splash acid in my face,” The Sun reports.

“I went to bed and he broke into my house. He started strangling me.

“I jumped out to the balcony and shouted with all my force, ‘He’s trying to kill me, call the police!’ I am lucky to come to Moscow to speak.”

Lindsay, 30, is thought to have been paid well over AU $1 million by the broadcaster for the tell-all interview, which is set to be aired tonight.

Prior to the interview, it was claimed 23-year-old Egor had begged the actress not to speak about their relationship but a spokesperson denied there was any truth to the rumour.

They said: “I can confirm that Egor has not been in touch with Miss Lohan for more than six weeks.

“This is why we strictly deny this information.”

Former child star Lindsay started dating Egor last year before getting engaged in September.

Just 10 months later, their relationship came to shocking end after Egor was pictured grappling with Lindsay on a beach in Mykono, Greece.

Pictures and video of their beach fight were sent around the world.

Shortly after their break up, Lindsay broke her silence and alleged that Egor, the son of a Russian Oligarch, had been abusive.

Lindsay said: “I realise now you can’t stay in a relationship just for love — no woman can be hit and stay with that person if that person isn’t prepared to say sorry.”

“The truth is, I wanted to make things work, but now I’m not sure that I can.

“I wanted to do this interview because it’s time to tell the truth. There have been so many lies printed about me recently. I’ve kept quiet for so long but now I’m scared of what Egor might do to me and to himself.”

Following her claims, no charges were brought against Egor.
