Sources reportedly told the New York Post the pair were engaged over Golden Globes weekend.

Dunst, 34, and Plemons, 28, were seen kissing at an Emmys after-party for their FX show in September, and they’ve been spotted out together in LA many times since.

Dunst and Plemons play a married couple in Fargo.

Plemons’ career has been on the rise since he was cast on Breaking Bad, followed by films Black Mass and Bridge of Spies.

Representatives for the actors have not yet responded to questions asked by the New York Post.

It’s not the first time the on-screen couple have been rumoured to be an item in real life.

In June, it was first reported Dunst started dating Plemons after splitting with her partner of four years, Garrett Hedlund.
