Courteney Cox looks radiant as she officiates her friend’s wedding in Sydney

Just days after rocking a bikini on a Sydney beach, this 90s sitcom legend was seen officiating a wedding on Sydney harbour.

From the beach to the altar!

Just days after Courteney Cox was seen enjoying the sun and surf at a Sydney beach in a black bikini, the Friends star has ditched the swimwear for formalwear.

Looking pretty in a blush pink slip dress, the actress took her place at the altar to officiate the wedding between her long-time family friend Alexandria Jackson – an Australian-American film director/photographer – and her fiance Josh Horowitz.

Cox, 60, appeared to embrace her role as celebrant, speaking into the microphone during the ceremony, which took place near the Sydney Opera House on Thursday.

The actress’ daughter, Coco Arquette also had a role on the day, standing next to her famous mum as she reported for bridesmaids duties.

The 20-year-old wore a similar dress, rocking a latte-coloured satin slip for the occasion.

Among the guests was Kyle Sandilands’ wife Tegan, who made the trek from a residence in Vaucluse where the bride, her bridal party and friends were getting ready for the wedding.

Dressed in a dark purple strapless gown, Tegan was seen hopping into a waiting vehicle along with some of the bridesmaids.

The bride and her nearest and dearest had a girls-only gathering this past weekend ahead of the wedding.

While Cox did not appear to attend the event, Tegan was there along with other visitors from out of town.

“My heart is full and it’s only just begun,” the bride captioned a photo of her ladies dressed in kaftans.

“You girls are my heroes for making it to SYDNEY. Love you will all of my heart!!!!!!!!”

Cox has made an appearance on Jackson’s Instagram in the past. Last June, the bride-to-be gushed about her famous friend as she wished her a happy birthday.

“Love you to the and back 350000 times CC (head) @courteneycoxofficial,” Jackson wrote in her tribute post. “Loved celebrating you yesterday … truly you deserve a year long celebration for all the joy, love and magic you bring to your friends, family and this world.”

“@cocoarquette_ you sang like an angel on earth. I adore you too little sis,” she added.

In 2023, Jackson was also in the crowd to witness Cox receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

“I couldn’t be more proud and honoured to have witnessed one of my favorite humans on Earth, surrounded by amazing friends and family, receive the incredibly deserved honour of her on the Hollywood Walk of Fame,” she captioned a photo after the event.

“You’re brilliant CC I love you so very much!!! to the coolest ever.”
