Wonder Woman Gal Gadot welcomes baby daughter Maya

NOW that’s what you call girl power! The new Wonder Woman, Israeli actress Gal Gadot, has given birth to her second daughter.

WONDER Woman Gal Gadot has announced she’s given birth to a girl.

Baby Maya’s arrival was announced by the Israeli actress and model via social media on Monday.

It’s her second daughter with husband Yaron Versano.

Gadot posted a picture of the family leaving the hospital with the caption:

“And then we were four ... She is here, Maya. I feel so completely blessed and thankful for all the Wonders in my life.”

Gadot, 31, is currently Wonder Woman in the Warner Bros. film.

Versano, who Gadot praised as “the best man”, owns a successful hotel in Tel Aviv.

The couple have been together since 2008 and still look as loved up as ever as she frequently shares their home life on Instagram.

Talking to Glamour magazine about her husband last year, she said: “I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without him. Family still has to be the first priority. I have to do what’s good for my child.”

Gal Gadot was crowned Miss Israel in 2004.

She also referred to little Alma as “the love of her life” — and credits her for one of the reasons why she is proud to play Wonder Woman.

Gal previously recalled her daughter telling her: “[Princesses] always fall asleep and the prince is the one to wake them up. They do nothing!”
