Baby joy for Laura Csortan who welcomes her daughter into the world

TV presenter, model and actress Laura Csortan has given birth to a baby girl, taking to Instagram to share the happy news.

TV presenter, model and actress Laura Csortan has shared the first picture of her newborn baby girl on Instagram.

The 39-year-old chose a popular name for her daughter, opting to go with Layla Rose, and gushed about the love she felt already for her daughter.

Csortan set tongues wagging when she announced her pregnancy in June, saying she would be a single mum. She did not name the father and has been adamant that she is going to keep his identity under wraps.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph ahead of the birth the former Miss Universe was enjoying the pregnancy saying there’s “nothing better than those precious little kicks”.

She said she had been suffering some morning sickness and her baby was quite the kicker.

The new mum celebrated her baby shower in September and was spotted cruising around Sydney Harbour with a string of high profile women on board.

Wellwishers have taken to social media to send their congratulations to Csortan.
