Anna Nicole’s lookalike daughter, Dannielynn, poses for photo in outing with dad Larry Birkhead

The 16-year-old celebrity offspring bore an uncanny resemblance to her late mum, a high-profile model and TV personality, in a new social media post.

Anna Nicole Smith’s teenage daughter has popped up in a new photo on social media, bearing a striking resemblance to her late mother.

Dannielynn Birkhead, 16, was seen smiling alongside her dad, Larry Birkhead, in the picture taken at a Duran Duran concert over the weekend, on what was Father’s Day in the US.

“Having a great Father’s Day with Dannielynn at the @duranduran concert,” Larry, 50, wrote in the caption.

“I’ve been trying to school her on good music way back since she was a baby.

“Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads out there! Of course we had to get here first, well because I’m old.”

The pair hit a Duran Duran concert together.

Last month, proud dad Larry appeared with his daughter on his arm to the Barnstable Brown Gala in Louisville, on the eve of the annual Kentucky Derby.

Dannielynn again appeared the image of her mother as she smiled on the special occasion, which marked the 20th anniversary of when her parents had met at the event.

In honour of Anna Nicole, the teenager wore a shirt decorated with her Guess modelling pictures and accessorised with her jewellery, which Dannielynn had inherited following her death.

Anna Nicole made global headlines in 1994 when she wed 89-year-old billionaire oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall, and pursued his fortune through the courts when he died just over a year later.

Her time in the spotlight ultimately turned tragic amid an addiction battle and the sudden death of her beloved 20-year-old son, Daniel, in 2006 – just days after the birth of her daughter.

She died herself just months later from an accidental drug overdose.
