WE owe to former US president Richard Nixon the wisdom of the advice: it’s not the crime that gets you but the cover-up.
In his weekly video wrap, above, Terry McCrann says the top brass at Rio Tinto are applying that thought in a somewhat unusual way.
In contrast, Telstra is applying your money in a very effective way: taking billions of taxpayer dollars from the NBN to increase its dominance of mobile broadband.
And as for the soon-to-be US president, McCrann’s advice is to ignore all “expert” opinion of what he means for the world — until, at the very least, he actually moves into the Oval Office.
