Norfolk Metals has been granted drilling permits for the Carmen project in Chile, hoping to unlock the projects copper potential.

Tylah Tully chats with Norfolk Metals (ASX:NFL) executive chair Ben Phillips about the newly granted drilling permits for the Carmen copper project in Chile.

With 5,100m of combined RC and diamond drilling planned, the program aims to define a JORC-compliant oxide copper resource and test deeper sulfide targets with strong historical intercepts.

Drilling is set to commence in Q3, with preparations already underway on-site.
