Tech company Westcoast Repairs has opened a second outlet at Casuarina Square to complement the business it opened five years ago on the ground floor.

Westcoast Repairs opened its first shop in 2019 and has recently launched a second outlet based on the success of the first.

Business co-owner Survi Jaiswal said the repair outlet was part of a wider business footprint in Western Australia, Sydney and Darwin.

Along with husband Rohan, the pair has also diversified into mining services and is considering expanding into new markets such as lab-grown diamonds.

“The success of our first location inspired us to expand further, and there’s no better place for this than Darwin,” Survi said. “It’s the strong community spirit here that makes customers feel like family, making it the perfect spot for our expansion in Australia.”

Mr Jaiswal said a key aspect of Westcoast’s business strategy was its commitment to sourcing high-quality products directly from manufacturers.

“Westcoast has seen impressive growth since Survi launched the business when we were living in Perth, and we are now boasting annual revenue of $1 million,” he said.

“With a robust vision for growth and a solid foundation in technological expertise, the Westcoast Group is well-positioned to continue its upward trajectory in the competitive tech market.

“The company’s commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and innovative expansion ensures that Westcoast Group has a promising future ahead.”
Casuarina Square has more than 180 specialty stores, with 55,000 sqm of lettable space and 2500 car parks.
