THE Beach Club at the Darwin Waterfront has been given a facelift ahead of its launch this weekend, with some Instagrammable giant deck chairs and Bahama-style day beds.
Luke Harvey and his team from Harvey’s Carpentry have been busy at work getting the unique outdoor furniture ready for the Beach Club’s launch this Saturday from 11am-5pm.
“It’s great for the Darwin Waterfront, it draws people down here, and people have been already down here taking heaps of photos with the new day beds,” he said.
It comes after the Director of Liquor Licensing renewed approval for the precinct’s popular Beach Club last month after it proved a huge hit last Dry.
This Saturday’s launch will include live entertainment, free activities and a DJ.
