Darwin commuters can expect traffic diversions and delays at the Knuckey St and Cavenagh St intersection for another year as construction continues on the new $75 million Health House project.
Corporate and Information Services Minister Lauren Moss toured the site yesterday as the ground floor slab of the project had been completed.
“We’ve reached another milestone here at the Manunda Place project,” she said.
Ms Moss said the project would create 250 construction jobs throughout its lifetime.

“This is private investment in our CBD.”
Next stage is to finish the slabs and columns on the site, which builders hope to have done by the Wet. The nine storey building should be complete in mid-2020.
