A tense week waiting for results has started to unfold, with CLP member Eric Withnall initially leading by just 18 votes prior to scrutineering.

But Mr Withnall now sits in third behind Mr Arnold and Sara Alexopoulos.

About 375 postal votes will still be submitted by noon on Friday, before the result is declared on Monday.
