The handshake snub Hall of Fame has a new entry after Georgia Tech coach Geoff Collins had absolutely no time for Pittsburgh coach Pat Narduzzi.
The college football sides had just played out a 34-20 with Pittsburgh winning over Georgia Tech.

The game had been tense with the teams devolving into a scrum near the sideline earlier in the match that saw both teams cop unsportsmanlike conduct penalties.
But after the game, Narduzzi went into a handshake, which Collins initially reciprocated but didn’t break stride.
He pulled his hand away, leaving Narduzzi baffled in the middle of the field before he took his face mask off and let Collins know he wasn’t too happy.
Post-match, Narduzzi still sounded perplexed.
“I told him, ‘Hey, you’ve got a great team’,” the Pittsburgh coach said. “He said, ’baloneyy,’ or some other nice words, and walked off. I don’t know. I thought it was a good game.”
Collins insisted that he didn’t intend to get into it with Narduzzi, though but didn’t sound too persuasive.
He insisted there was “no ill will intended”.
“I was just focused on getting our guys over to the band to celebrate,” Collins said. “I don’t even remember what I said, to be honest with you.”
KDKA-TV Pittsburgh’s Bob Pompeani described Collins as “agitated all night.”

In the game, Vincent Davis rushed for a career-best 247 yards for Pittsburgh which finished their regular season 6-5. Georgia Tech is 3-7 and ends their season against Miami next week.
The reaction was mixed with some laughing at the incident, while others were baffled handshakes were still happening in the middle of a pandemic that has killed nearly 300,000 people.
Narduzzi looks like heâs about to yank Collinsâ arm out of its socket if he doesnât give him that victory handshake. https://t.co/DuqvUp1Y6t

Let this be a lesson kids. Coach Geoff Collins is a GOOD dude. But he let a moment of frustration become viral. 60 minutes in a game, plus halftime & a 3 second handshake is all anyone will talk about for the next few days. Take a deep breath PAUSE and DO RIGHT. #ErkTaughtMeThat
