The US is embarking on a major study into potential connections between vaccines and autism, according to insiders.

US President Donald Trump has reportedly warned Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau that he wants to redraw the borders between the two countries.

The comments, which left Canadian officials rattled, came as the two leaders spoke early last month as part of discussions to stave off Mr Trump’s tariffs.

Details of the phone calls were first reported by The New York Times on Friday.

Meanwhile, Mr Trump on Friday blasted Vladimir Putin in a fierce condemnation of Russia’s war in Ukraine — demanding both sides “get to the table right now”.

And Hamas has threatened kill hostages if there is “any escalation” of attacks from Israel against Gaza, after Mr Trump told the terror group “you are dead” if they do not free the captives.
