Joe Biden’s victory in the US presidential election has brought an end to Donald Trump’s turbulent four years in office.

A record 75 million Americans cast their ballots to elect Mr Biden president of the United States. Mr Trump was quick to reject that result, saying he will prove in court that he was the winner.

Known for his love of the limelight, few expect this most unusual of presidents to pursue a traditional post-White House life of public reticence, reflective memoir-writing and occasional charitable events.

The news of a Biden win set off a flood of congratulations and reactions around the world, but how do you feel about the result?
