Mad Butcher employee Matt Gill heard gunfire and shattering glass when he was at the back of the store.

“He came in and started shooting,” he told NBC News. “We made it out the back door. I had to get out there, I have a wife and kids at home.”

The FBI is joining the investigation to help local and state police.

Arkansas governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders said she had been briefed on the shooting and was in contact with police at the scene.
