Sarah Huckabee Sanders booted from Virginia eatery
A RESTAURANT has kicked out White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders — sparking a chaotic reaction.
ANOTHER high-ranking female member of the Trump administration has been hounded out of a restaurant.
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders claimed she and seven members of her family were kicked out of The Red Hen in Lexington, Virginia, before they even got their appetisers on Friday night (local time), the New York Post reports.
“Last night I was told by the owner of Red Hen in Lexington, VA to leave because I work for @POTUS and I politely left,” Ms Sanders tweeted on Saturday.
Last night I was told by the owner of Red Hen in Lexington, VA to leave because I work for @POTUS and I politely left. Her actions say far more about her than about me. I always do my best to treat people, including those I disagree with, respectfully and will continue to do so

“Her actions say far more about her than about me. I always do my best to treat people, including those I disagree with, respectfully and will continue to do so.”
A server’s Facebook post about the incident went viral hours before Ms Sanders confirmed it.
On Tuesday, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen bolted from a Washington DC Mexican restaurant after a noisy group of protesters confronted her at her table — with the blessing of the eatery’s manager.
Ms Sanders’ father, former Gov Mike Huckabee, jumped to his daughter’s defence.
“Bigotry. On the menu at Red Hen Restaurant in Lexington VA,” he tweeted on Saturday.
“Or you can ask for the ‘Hate Plate’. And appetisers are ‘small plates for small mind.’””
Shortly after the incident went viral, hundreds of reviews started flooding The Red Hen’s Yelp page from both sides of the argument.
“They don’t serve food to fascists? I will be promoting this restaurant to anyone I know in the area. Well done, owners,” wrote one reviewer.
“This bigoted restaurant kicks out people if they don’t like your politics. Freedom loving people should think twice before supporting this kind of bigotry and hate,” wrote another.
The incident has also blown up on Twitter.

Sarah Sanders is whining about not being served at the Red Hen restaurant, because she is a terrible person who lies for Trump and hurts this country. Yet, she fought the right for a business to not serve someone because theyâre gay. Cry me a river. Go eat at a kkk restaurant.

The Red Hen should have told Sarah Sanders there was no menu and then lied about everything that they served and then brought out something completely different then what she ordered and then charged her four times too much for it.

Make no mistake about it though Sarah Huckabee Sanders blasting a restaurant by itâs name and location on Twitter as the White House press secretary is an act of aggression that should be very alarming.
