Man with ghastly back tattoo lands on Europe’s most wanted list

A BRITISH man with an ugly back tattoo, similar to the one on Ben Affleck, has been added to Europe’s “most wanted” list.

SHANE O’Brien has dodged the authorities for a number of years.

He is wanted in connection to the death of 21-year-old Josh Hanson, who died from a stab wound to his neck, at a bar in West London back in 2015.

Europop released a list of Europe’s most wanted on Friday and O’Brien is on the list.

They are offering a $50,000 reward for information on the 30-year-old, who has drastically changed his look in recent years.

In a 2015 photo released by Scotland Yard, he was shown to have facial stubble, short hair and a tattoo across his back which read “Shannon 15-04-06.”

O’Brien was arrested in Prague in February 2017 on a criminal damage charge, but was released on bail, because he used a fake identity with those police.

By then, O’Brien had given himself a full makeover, sporting a thick beard and shoulder-length hair.

He also had new ink — similar to Affleck’s famously tacky phoenix tattoo — of a huge owl with its wings spread carrying a skull, which covers up the original “Shannon” tribute.

Affleck’s tattoo, which he claims is apparently a fake, despite being identical to one he was spotted with in 2015, depicts the mythical bird rising from the ashes.
