The warm weather saw crowds pack the grass overlooking Bondi Beach on Sunday, with many appearing to completely ignore social distancing rules.
Pictures taken of the grassy knoll area at North Bondi Beach show large groups crowding the area, with a band seen playing at the top of the hill.
Despite the close proximity between groups, barely anyone could be seen wearing a mask or face covering.
Police were snapped breaking up part some of the larger groups and telling them to move on.
It comes as NSW recorded 12 COVID-19 cases on Sunday, with infections continuing to pop up in different parts of Sydney.
