Australia has reacted to Daniel Andrews' hotel quarantine program testimony, calling the Victorian Premier's lack of answers "staggering". 

Australia has reacted to Daniel Andrews' hotel quarantine program testimony, calling the Victorian Premier's lack of answers over who gave the green light to use private security "staggering". 

 

 

 

At the beginning of his inquiry, Mr Andrews admitted he doesn't know who made the decision to contract private security to guard returned travellers in hotel quarantine.
