UK doctors back dementia driving probe

BRITISH doctors have called for further research into the dangers posed by dementia sufferers who are still driving.

DOCTORS in the UK say more research is needed into the dangers of driving with dementia.

THE British Medical Association's (BMA) annual meeting overwhelming passed a vote urging further research, in response to fears that many dementia sufferers are not safe on the roads.
