Fiat-Chrysler wants $150m judgment tossed
CHRYSLER is appealing against a $US150 million jury verdict for the parents of a boy, 4, who died after a car explosion.
A GEORGIA judge wants more information before he rules on a bid by Fiat Chrysler to dismiss a $US150 million ($A201.25 million) judgment that found the company responsible for the faulty placement of a petrol tank that led to the 2012 death of a four-year-old boy.
CHRYSLER lawyers asked Decatur County Superior Court Judge J. Kevin Chason to either dismiss the jury verdict or reduce the damages.
