Eight dead in Spain nursing home blaze
A BLAZE in a retirement home in northern Spain has left eight people dead and 11 hurt.
EIGHT elderly residents have died and 11 others have been injured as a fire swept through a nursing home just outside the Spanish city of Zaragoza.
REGIONAL Interior Ministry spokesman Gustavo Alcalde said the cause of the fire, which broke out early on Sunday, is unknown and was being investigated.
