A SEVERE heatwave has killed more than a dozen people in Pakistan.

A SEVERE heatwave has killed more than a dozen people in Pakistan, a week after hot weather left nearly 2,500 dead in neighbouring India.

AT least 13 devotees participating in the birth celebrations of a 13th century saint of Sufi Islam in southern Sindh province died as temperatures rose to 46C, rescue official Meraj Ahmed said.
