Star shocks with Met Gala transformation

Met Gala fans were gobsmacked after learning this mystery figure was actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld, rocking bleached eyebrows and a bold new ‘do.
The new look was vastly different from the star's signature long, dark brown hair.
Fashion-forward Steinfeld stunned in a micro-mini Iris van Herpen dress for her 10th Met Gala, which was themed 'In America: A Lexicon Of Fashion'.
Her new locks were the magic of hairstylist Ruslan Nureev, who documented her transformation in his Instagram Story, writing: “Did something different."
At the 2018 event Steinfeld looked angelic with this getup for the ‘Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination’ theme.
In 2019, she went all out in an avant-garde Viktor & Rolf tulle gown for the ‘Camp: Notes of Fashion’ theme.
