William and Harry’s heartfelt tribute to the Queen
After rushing to Balmoral estate, Prince William and Prince Harry have delivered touching tributes to the Queen as the brothers face a future without their matriarch.
A visibly sombre Prince Harry was pictured on his way to Balmoral as the Queen’s death was publicly announced. The Duke flew to Scotland alone, while Prince William arrived earlier with Prince Andrew and Prince Edward.
Prince William was not joined by his wife, Kate, who stayed at home in Windsor as Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis all started back at school earlier this week.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex changed their Archewell website to black background writing: 
Users were prevented from accessing any other part of the website as a mark of respect.
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s account, Kensington Royal, changed its image to their royal coat of arms. Previously,it had been an official portrait of the smiling couple.
Prince Harry’s dash to visit the Queen came as King Charles paid tribute to his “beloved” mother, the Queen, who died early this morning local time at the age of 96.
