New streaming show everyone is obsessed with
There are escapist TV shows, ones which are so calming and non-committal, you’re almost lulled into a state of near-unconsciousness, but The Bear is definitely not one of them.

The Bear is centred on Carmy (Jeremy Allen White), an awarded young chef who inherited his family’s Italian hot beef sandwich restaurant when his brother died.
And since the show premiered in the US, White has been absolutely hailed as the sex god de jour, stirring an online frenzy with his portrayal of Carmy.
The thirst is real

No doubt an enormous part of the series' success is White’s tremendous acting skills. The loneliness he saw in Carmy was something White could relate to in his own past experiences.
