Easter: How to make a Creme Egg martini

Celebrate Easter with a sweet and creamy cocktail, full of vanilla and butterscotch flavours and served in a creme egg rimmed glass.

Drop the vanilla bean pod into the bottle of vodka and leave to infuse for 24-36 hours.

Step One

Melt chocolate on a small flat plate in the microwave and press the rims of 2 martini glasses into it when done.

Step Two

Take 2 creme egg halves and place them cut side down into the chocolate, before pressing them onto the rims of the glasses.

Step Three

Pour 60ml of vanilla infused vodka, crème de cacao and sweetened condensed milk into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Step Four

Fit with a lid and shake for 20-30 seconds.

Step Five

Pour butterscotch liqueur into prepared glasses and layer vodka crème on top. Enjoy!
