People are mocking this detail on the new British passport
Brits have been given a look at their new, blue, post-Brexit passport, but they’re a little more preoccupied by this
The new blue British passports have been mocked online after a photo of a very youthful-looking woman was used – but her age was given as 46.
The UK Home Office unveiled the new-look colour post-Brexit travel document, but people were more distracted by the birth date.
The passport owner is listed as being born on August 19, 1973, which makes her 47 this year, The Sun reported.

But the photo used in the passport is of a very youthful woman, named as Angela Zoe Smith, thought to be a fictional person.
After doing the maths, dozens of people have hit out at the Home Office for inventing such an unrealistic person, with some joking the passport must belong to “Angela’s” mum.
The Home Office shared a clip of the new passport to Twitter, where they thumbed through the pages, showing off the photo and personal details.
They said: “Britons will once again be able to travel with a blue passport when the iconic colour returns for the first time in almost 30 years.”
But after taking a closer look at the information, people mocked the designers for using such a mismatching photo and age.
One person tweeted: “Totally possible to look that good at 47.”
Another thought: “As a 45-year-old I would like to think that photo is not far off.”
Someone else joked: “We’re all better looking since Brexit.”
Another added: “This 47-year-old woman looks old enough to be her mother …#justsaying.”
