THIS is one attraction people are really dying to get into.
A new ‘ride’ in China is allowing people to experience death, cremation and rebirth.
The morbid attraction, named Xinglai or ‘awaken’ in English has opened in Shanghai and those willing to fork out the $90 for the two-hour experience will get to experience it all.
The sibilated experience begins when participants are taken through a series of life and death scenarios and then asked questions.
Those which are considered the worst are killed off and cremated and reborn through a bizarre white latex womb-type chute.
Lu Si Wei was among those to have already visited the Shanghai attraction.
She said the simulator was interesting and it gave her the chance to think deeper about life’s problems,Euronews reported.
“When you walk through that door, you will experience some changes in your mentality, and it will be different from what it was before you entered. I think this is really great, and very worthwhile,” she said.
But the experience isn’t the only thing people get to take home.
Those willing and able to take part in the experience also get to write down their last thoughts and feelings which they can take home as a souvenir or burn on the spot.
Founder Ding Rui said he “researched the death experience thoroughly” before opening the attraction and his aim was to educate people on both life and death, ITV News reported.
